Craig Lawson serves as President of CASSL, Inc., overseeing firm strategy, transaction structuring, and execution across royalty, ORRI, and non-operated working interest opportunities. He brings extensive experience in acquisitions and divestitures, title analysis, and project management across key producing regions including the Permian Basin, New Mexico, and other major U.S. basins.
His background includes leading due diligence efforts, managing exploration and leasing projects, and developing comprehensive title and GIS-based analysis for both working interest and mineral positions. Craig has directed multi-disciplinary teams and complex transaction workflows, delivering organized, investor-ready materials that support efficient evaluation and execution for capital partners and counterparties.

Scott Hardy serves as Director of Acquisitions & Divestitures for CASSL, Inc., leading transaction execution across mineral and working interest opportunities. He brings extensive field and transactional experience as a landman, with a background in mineral acquisitions, leasing, title support, and due diligence across West Texas and other active producing regions.
His experience includes managing abstract operations, coordinating large-scale leasing programs, and supporting acquisitions and divestitures through detailed land analysis and structured transaction processes. Scott plays a key role in advancing opportunities through evaluation, negotiation, and closing, working directly with counterparties to ensure efficient execution and alignment across all parties.
